Are you a young goalkeeper with aspirations to one day play in the Premier League for Southampton?

The Saints Academy will be holding another of its goalkeeping sessions this May for those who have hopes of becoming a future number-one for the club.

The session will be on the morning of Saturday 18th May for boys in the U14 and U15 age groups ONLY, for the 2018/2019 season.

The sessions are for boys that meet the following criteria:

• Born between 1st September 2004 and 31st August 2005: Under-14s age group for Season 2017/18 (School year 9).
• Born between 1st September 2003 and 31st August 2004: Under-15s age group for Season 2017/18 (School year 10).
• Live within 1½-hours travel distance of Staplewood Training Ground.
• Have an active interest in playing in goal.

The session will be run by Southampton’s Academy goalkeeping coaches and recruitment staff, and will provide an opportunity for young keepers to showcase their talents, with the possibility of being invited to train at the club’s Academy/Development Group.  

The session will last for approximately one hour, during which the boys will experience a variety of activities undertaken by our academy goalkeepers. The time and venue of the session will be confirmed via e-mail when you have been accepted onto the session.
